On behalf of Printful, returns are not accepted due to customer error when choosing size, color or option, since you can consult the size guide before purchasing. Size or color changes require making a product from scratch, so refund cannot be made and you would have to buy it again.
Returns and exchanges
- Returns are only accepted for defective products or production errors.
- Returns or exchanges due to customer error (size, color or selected option) are not accepted.
